    1. All cheques / drafts to be made in favor of " Palm Developers (P) ltd". Payable at New     Delhi/ Noida only.
    2. Terrace / Dedicated green area will be charged @ Rs 50% of Basic Sales Price (BSP)
    3. All Government texes, levy etc. & service tex will be extra as applicable.
    4. For payment purpose BSP would include PLC (wherever applicable)
